Shipping:

Please make sure the correct email address and shipping address is provided! Once you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email.

As this is a small business, processing times can vary from a few days to a week.
I will update my socials with announcements and any changes as they come, but I will do by best to make sure your product reaches you safe and sound in a timely manner.

You will be notified again via email once your order has been processed along with a tracking number.

If you have any issues with your order, please email hungykuma@gmail.com. A response will be sent out within 1-2 business days. If you send an email over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), you should expect a response the following Monday. 

 

 

Returns/Refunds:

All sales are final. Once your order has been completed, you may not change anything in regards to the order.

Each item is handmade and thus will have slight deviation in designs.

If you receive a defective product, please reach out to me via email providing
1. Your name
2. Order number
3. A photo/video of the defect
Each case will be assessed individually. Please note that there are multiple factors that could play into a defective product. I will do my best to resolve the issue at hand efficiently.
